Celtics Let Opportunity Slip Away

Mo Williams, LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers came to life in the second half as they stormed back from Boston’s 7 point lead and did not look back in the Game 1 victory.

Celtics and Cavaliers Rematch In Conference Semifinals

The Miami Heat kept the game close in the first half but Ray Allen added a cushion with 5 three’s in the second half. The Celtics advance to face…Hold on one second. The Cleveland Cavaliers were to much for the Chicago Bulls to handle, even with Derrick Rose scoring 31 pts. The Cavaliers meet up with the Celtics starting on Saturday (TBD).  The Dallas Mavericks keep themselves alive thanks to Caron Butler’s 35 pts. San Antonio still leads the series 3-2 and heads home to try and finish off the Mavs. The Los Angeles Lakers get a total team effort and steam roll the Oklahoma City Thunder taking a 3-2 series lead.

Wade Turns It On In Game 4

Dwayne Wade ran all over the Boston Celtics by scoring 46 and was able to extend the series for the Miami Heat to one more game in Boston. LeBron James took care of business against the Chicago Bulls by putting up 37 pts 12 rebounds and 11 assists for his 5th playoff career triple double and giving the Cleveland Cavaliers a 3-1 series lead. George Hill and the Spurs were just to much for the Mavericks to handle as they came back from a 14 pt deficit and now lead the series 3-1. Carlos Boozer owned the lower block scoring 31 pts and tearing down 13 rebounds as the Jazz take a 3-1 series lead

Bulls Rose To New Level In Chi-Town

The Chicago Bulls returned to their home court and it seems the change of scenery did them good defeating the Cavaliers by 2 and making the series 2-1. The first playoff game ever in the Ford Center, Oklahoma’s home court, did not disappoint. Kevin Durant lead the way and scored 29 pts and also ripped down 19 rebounds in Oklahoma’s win over Los Angeles. The Lakers lead the series 2-1. The Suns’ Jason Richardson torched the Trail Blazers for 42 pts (8 three pointers) and gave Phoenix the 2-1 series lead.
