The Miami Heat advanced to the NBA Finals with a 83-80 victory over the Chicago Bulls last night. With 2 minutes remaining in the game, the Bulls seemed to have pulled off another victory. After key turnovers, missed foul shots and also a 4 point play which Dwayne Wade converted, the Bulls lead vanished:
The Chicago Bulls did what most people expected them to do last night, take care of the Miami Heat in Game 1. Luol Deng came up huge for the Bulls, scoring 21 points and most importantly held LeBron James in check with 15 points. The Heat stayed close until midway through the 3rd quarter. The Bulls reeled off 10 straight points and would never look back defeating the Heat 103-82:
Jared Dudley of the Phoenix Suns did all he could to help his team get a win over the Miami Heat by going 7 for 10 from beyond the arc and finishing with 33 points. It was a case of to much LeBron James (36 points) and Chris Bosh (23 points, 11 boards) and Heat beat up on the Suns 95-83:
Greg Oden is out again for the season after needing surgery on his left knee. He missed his rookie season after having micro fracture surgery on his right knee. After having surgery on both is knees, hopefully next year he can remain healthy unless of course he grows another knee:
