This is really more of a blog but what the heck, I liked the idea of a blog news. This weekend is the start of the NFL Playoffs and you know what that means:

That’s right, WILD CARD Weekend.

Let’s jump on into the clips with the Jets defeating the Cincinnati Bengals (24-14)¹:

The Bengals were much improved this year but then again so weren’t the Jets and their defense.

Now we have the Dallas Cowboys facing the Philadelphia Eagles. These two teams met twice in the regular season with Dallas prevailing both times²:

Having ended the season facing each other, you could say familiarity played a huge role in the win for the Cowboys.

The Wild Card continues today @1 pm with New England Patriots facing the Baltimore Ravens. The 4 o’clock time slot has the Green Bay Packers playing the Arizona Cardinals. This should be an interesting afternoon.
