After playing in last nights (Aug 27) exhibition game I did not see anything to say he makes them better. He can play multiple positions, which is a plus but making the team better I am not sure about that. I will say that with him doing a wildcat formation offense for a few series seemed to help speed up the tempo of the game. So in that regards he will be effective but overall, I am going to say no.
