It will give your players tremendous looks at different types of hop, skips, and jumps any baseball can take during a game. Another great aspect of this trainer is that you can hit it with an aluminum bat, throw it off a wall, or players can roll it to each other. Any other trainer will not give you true hops and help teach your players how to adjust to a bouncing ball.
